Join our work team as Bilingual call center executive and contribute to the Kerry work team, providing support to our employees in the United States with issues related to Human Resources.

Essential experience in:

Attention attending calls, and / or tickets for the United States.

Experience in costumer service.

Advanced conversational English.

Desirable: knowledge with systems through tickets / cases. at service now or similar.

We are looking for someone with:

Proactivity.

Excellent comunication.

Empathy and attention to the employee.
